Done 999 Register Requirements
Three things, before you tap anything.
- A Pakistani mobile number. that can receive SMS. The OTP always goes to this number, so use one that is powered on and in your hand. An email address works as an alternative for the account itself, but the OTP still lands on a phone.
- A password you can remember. Use uppercase, lowercase, a number and a symbol together. This is the login password only. The separate transaction password used for withdrawals is set up later on the Withdraw screen, so do not confuse the two.
- A referral code (optional). If a friend gave you one, keep it ready. It goes into a dedicated Referral Code field on the register screen, not after you sign in.
You do not need to upload an ID, a photo or any documents to register. That step does not exist in the flow.
How to Register on Done 999: Step by Step

Registering With a Referral Code
The Referral Code field sits on the register screen itself, directly below the phone or email input. Enter the code before you tap Register to Done 999. The field disappears after the account is created, and support cannot add a code to an existing account.
If you opened the site through a referral link (any URL ending in ?referralCode=…), the code is filled in for you. Just check the box shows the right code before you register.
There is no way to change a referral link after signup, so make sure the code belongs to a friend you actually know before you use it.
OTP Verification
The OTP is a short numeric code sent by SMS to the mobile number you entered. It usually arrives inside 30 seconds. Enter it in the OTP field to finish signing up.
If nothing arrives, work through this:
- Check the number you typed. One wrong digit and the code goes nowhere useful.
- Confirm the phone has signal. SMS delivery on Pakistani networks can stall for a few minutes at peak times.
- Tap Resend Code if the option is visible. Wait for the second code, do not use both.
- Try again in five minutes if the resend button is greyed out.
If you registered with an email address instead, the verification code is emailed to that inbox. Check the spam folder if it does not show up in the main list.

Done 999 Register Problems and Fixes
A few things come up more than once. Find the one that matches what you are seeing.
Phone number already in use
Someone has registered an account with that number before. It might even be yours from months ago. Open the login page and tap Forgot Password? to see if you can recover it. If nothing works, contact customer support inside the app with the number and ask them to close the old account so you can register again.
OTP not arriving
Give it two minutes. If still nothing, tap Resend Code once, then wait another two minutes. If both codes fail, log the number and time and message support in the app. Do not spam the resend button, it locks the number out for a period after several attempts.
Referral code not accepted
Type it exactly as your friend sent it, including capitals. A rejected code usually means one wrong character. If the code still fails after two tries, register without it. A code cannot be added later, but every other bonus tied to the account still applies.
Password rejected as "weak"
Add a symbol and a number. Eight characters is the minimum you should aim for. Do not reuse the password you already use for JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Registration hangs after the OTP
Close the browser tab or the app and reopen it. Try to sign in with the number and password you just set. If the account has been created, you land straight in the lobby. If sign-in fails, the registration did not complete. Start again from step one.
